Administrative Intern

MyLLife Inc is a community-service based non-profit organization located in McLean, Virginia. We are dedicated to improving our community through faith, goodness, and servitude. We are actively seeking driven, motivated, and committed applicants who can relate to our mission and have an active interest in our organization. 

If you are in High School or College and wish to increase your experience, people skills, communication, non-profit management, community activism, project management, event logistics, fund raising, or social media engagement, we at MyLLife Inc, feel that we can provide you with the right opportunities, challenges and support.

At the end of your internship, if you need any references, recommendations, etc, we would be happy to provide such documentation and be a mentor in your future endeavors.

1) Engage with executive team and become familiar with strategy and operations for the organization

2) Maintain websites on FireSpring and SquareSpace

3) Develop and employ strategies for effective marketing and day-to-day operation

4) Grow audience and following through email campaigns, fundraisers, and events/programs (both in-person and virtual)

5) Research resources, assets, and ideas for operational growth


1) High School Diploma or Equivalent

2) Excellent organizational skills, skilled in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

3) Excellent communication, customer service skills and excellent writing skills.

4) Ability to organize, prioritize and manage

5) General knowledge of business, marketing, and web development
