The People (Surah An-Nas)

This chapter continues the seeking of refuge in God from other evils, besides what has already been mentioned in the previous chapter.
Key themes in this short chapter are as follows:
We are asked to seek refuge in the One God who is the Cherisher, the Master and the God of humanity
Specifically from the evil whispers that comes from other people and from Jinn into the hearts of some of us
In the Name of God, the God of Mercy, the Endower of Mercy!
Say: I seek refuge in
The Cherisher of humankind
The Master of humankind
The God of humankind
From the evils of the whispers of the devil
Who put evil thoughts in the hearts of people
(Devils) from among Jinns1 and humankind (v. 1 – 6)
